Short Term

BBC-13x offers the benefits of both a noise barrier and a sound absorber composite for outdoor applications. This BBC product consists of a two-inch thick vinyl-coated-fiberglass-cloth faced quilted fiberglass that is bonded to a one-pound per sq. ft. reinforced vinyl noise barrier. Modular Sound curtain panels for outdoor applications are constructed with grommets across the top and bottom, and exterior grade Velcro seals sewn along the vertical edges.

The product is also available in roll form.

    - Class A (or one) flammability rated by ASTM E-84
- For indoor or outdoor applications
    - Available facing colors on quilt: gray, tan, black or off-white
    -Available barrier colors: gray, tan, olive drab, blue

Long Term

BBC-EXT-R-2" offers the benefits of both a noise barrier and a sound absorber composite in one product. This BBC product consists of an exterior grade, IV resistant heavy-duty faced quilted fiberglass absorber bonded to a one[ount per sq. ft. reinforced loaded vinyl barrier. The heavy-duty facing is a 10 oz. per sq yd vinyl-coated-polyester (VCP) quilted to the sound absorber rather than the standard 4.5 oz facing. Curtain panels are constructed with grommets across the top and bottom and exterior grade Velcro seals along the vertical edges.

    - STC-32 Rating, NRC .85
    - Available facing colors on quilt: gray, tan, black
    -Available barrier colors: gray, tan, olive drab, blue

BBC-13x-2"

BBC-13X-2” offers the benefits of both a noise barrier and a sound absorber composite for outdoor applications.
This product consists of a two-inch thick vinyl-coated-fiberglass-cloth faced quilted fiberglass that is bonded to a one-pound per sq. ft. reinforced loaded vinyl noise barrier.

BBC-EXT-R-2"

The BBC-EXT-R-2” offers the benefits of both a noise barrier and a sound absorber composite in one product. This BBC product consists of an exterior grade, UV resistant heavy-duty faced quilted fiberglass absorber bonded to a one-pound per sq. ft. reinforced loaded vinyl barrier.

BBC-13x

	Sound Seal’s BBC-13X offers the benefits of a noise barrier and a sound absorber. The BBC-13 consists of a 1” thick vinyl-coated-fiberglass-cloth faced quilted fiberglass that is bonded to a reinforced 1-lb psf loaded vinyl barrier. “X” style Sound Curtain panels are constructed with grommets across the top and bottom, and exterior grade Velcro seals along the vertical edges. Rolls are available 54” wide x 25’ long and can be supplied with edges bound or unbound.
