PADS AND MOUNTS

Fabreeka® pads, washers, bushings and OEM parts are
scientifically
designed and manufactured from materials composed of layers of tightly
twisted, closely woven lightweight duck. Each layer is thoroughly
impregnated with an elastomeric compound containing mold and mildew
inhibiting agents and is impervious to oil and most chemicals. Designed
for long service life in impact or vibration applications,
Fabreeka®
pads have great strength, up to 12,000 psi, and exceptionally high
damping. Fabreeka® pads absorb impact shock and reduce the
destructive

| Fabreeka®
Crane Rail pads are designed to relieve girder stress,
improve load distribution, eliminate mechanical wear of flange or cover
plates, damp vibration and reduce noise. The LTP section of the crane
rail pad improves wear resistance, restricts lateral movement and
provides a low coefficient of friction support for the rail. Tests
performed by independent sources have shown up to a 40% reduction in
runway beam web stress and noise levels reduced substantially when the

| Fabreeka®
Structural Expansion Bearings are used to accommodate thermal
expansion and beam-end rotation. Teflon sliding on mirror-finished
stainless gives the low coefficient required while the
Fabreeka®
bearing pad distributes loading, compensates for irregularities of
bearing surfaces, absorbs impact shock and reduces erection costs. The
SBX Expansion Bearing has a high-load capability, which minimizes pad
size and space requirements and can offer a low profile where space is

SA-47
pads are constructed of all new, high quality elastomers containing a
random distribution of synthetic fibers which are vulcanized and cured
into a slab form to several standard thicknesses. The SA-47 bearing
pads have shown excellent service performance in severe use where they
are subjected to impact forces, climactic extremes of temperature and
moisture and exposure to sand and salt. The inclusion of randomly
distributed synthetic fibers yields a bearing pad with much more
attractive physical properties (compressive strength, limited creep,
etc.) when compared with unreinforced neoprene bearing pads. Click for

| Fabcel®
pads are manufactured from a high-quality elastomer molded into
18" x 18" scientifically designed vibration and shock isolation pads.
Fabcel® pads may be cut to sizes smaller than 18" x 18" or
placed side
by side for areas larger than 18" x 18" and stacked for softer systems.
The Fabcel® pad surfaces have patented molded recessed offset
cells to
allow flow of the elastomer when under load, while maintaining lateral

LeveLers provide superior shock and vibration isolation while
eliminating the need to grout or bolt equipment to the floor.
Fabcel®
LeveLers are designed for fast, simplified and precise leveling. The
standard series Fabcel® LeveLers can be supplied for load
ranges from
35 lbs to 450 lbs per mount. Fabcel® Swivel LeveLers can be
supplied
for maximum load ranges of 2,100 lbs to 8,400 lbs per mount. If
supplied with a patented Fabcel®
pad, the mount will control shock, vibration and will not

Fabcel®
Lev-L® Mounts provide superior shock and vibration isolation
while
eliminating the need to grout or bolt equipment to the floor.
Fabcel®
Lev-L® mounts are designed for fast, simplified and precise
leveling.
Depending upon your particular requirements, Fabcel®
Lev-L® mounts can
be supplied in load ranges from 125 lbs to 12,000 lbs per mount with a
separate bolt, or in load ranges from 300 lbs to 25,000 lbs per mount

| DIMFAB
pads are manufactured from a low durometer elastomeric compound
that meets the qualification requirements for Distributed Isolation
Material (DIM) specified for use in US Navy submarines and surface
ships. These pads are available in standard 18" x 18" pads, can readily
be cut to any desired shape or size for easy installation and are
specifically designed to perform successfully in applications where DIM
